5 year Warranty
This product carries a 5 year limited warranty against structural failure due to faulty materials or workmanship in our manufactured products, OR structural failure and major fading due to U.V. degradation in our injection moulded products.
Barrier Group Pty. Ltd. (Barrier) goods are sold with the understanding that the buyers will test them in actual use and determine for themselves the suitability for their intended use. Barrier warrants to the buyer that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, but limits its obligation under this warranty to replacement of the product shown to Barrier’s satisfaction to have been defective at the time Barrier sold it.
This warranty does not extend to any persons obtaining the product from the buyer. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited, to, any implied warranty or merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose, and of any other obligations or liability on Barrier’s part. Under no circumstances will Barrier be liable for any loss, damage, expense or consequential damages of any kind arising in connection with the use, installation, or inability to use or install Barrier products.
